Although I’ve never posted this STRIPED dress on the blog, I wear it ALL THE TIME… winter AND summer.  And even if my pattern mixing skills are somewhat defunct, I DO know that stripes match floral!  So THIS is the summer variation of my striped dress.

Besides just loving the navy stripes on this dress, I also LOVE the side zippers.  And aren’t the polka dot seams just too cute?!  In the winter, I unzip them and wear this as a tunic over black leggings and my fringed ankle books.

Anyhow, I’m over the moon about the studded sandals that I’m wearing.  I had some close ups but my feet pics are dreadful, and you DON’T need to be subjected to THAT!  My cousin found them at DSW, and I copied her.  They look like a Zara pair from last year that I missed out on because I didn’t want to pay $100.  The only downside is that they are not real leather.  But at half the price with a coupon, I am satisfied.

I wore this over the weekend for a casual Sunday hanging out with my friend, Sonja, and then a “neighbor dinner”.  It was so much fun to meet all of my awesome neighbors.  We’ve been talking about this forever, so it was great that a spur of moment get-together worked out.
