We are a waiting family {aka paper pregnant, aka OoohEeemGeee, aka IamsohappyIcouldburst}! We got the news that our home study was approved while I was at work. I.could.NOT.stop.crying. Holy emotions Batman! Okay, I lie a little. I HAD to stop crying because I was at work, but I kept tearing up at the thought of a little one.
But that’s just the home study… we still needed to send in the agreement and our adoption profiles. Done! Kind of… In the midst of all the getting ready for a baby hubbub, I managed to send the adoption profiles to OUR HOUSE and not the adoption agency. Whoops! And I didn’t order an adoption profile for us to keep. Double whoops! Quickly remedied via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and another Shutterfly order. So NOW, it’s OFFICIAL!!!!
This baby blessing has been growing in our hearts for almost seven years. And now we wait just a little longer.
P.S. Pretend the last heart say heart{s}. I ran out of room! LOVE y’all!
