Happy Tuesday Y’all! Hope y’all had a fabulous weekend! We had such a blast at our friends’ wedding. If you follow on Snapchat, then you got a glimpse of the bride arriving on a horse! The ceremony was so beautiful, and we enjoyed breathtaking views at their lakehouse! Plus, Little M was dancing his heart out to the Spazmatics! It was the cutest thing!! He didn’t want to leave (and neither did I) but it was WAY PAST his bedtime. The next day was Little M’s Baptism. He did so well despite being sleep deprived. We feel blessed! <3 Yesterday, I co-hosted a pop-up jewelry trunk show with Bishop and Holland for Lele Sadoughi in Dallas. We had a lot of fun chatting, shopping, and playing dress up with all of the fabulous jewelry!
So, here is ANOTHER off the shoulder top! (Last week, I shared a fun denim off the shoulder top in this post.) I wasn’t lying… I’m bananas for them. This off the shoulder tunic was so easy with a pair of skinny jeans and fun accessories. Isn’t that fortune cookie necklace darling? It even came with a fortune! How can an Asian gal resist a fortune cookie that last FOREVER?! LOL! Anyway, it was great to layer with a choker and pendant necklace.
THE STYLE Rx: An off the shoulder tunic is a fabulously versatile piece for Spring and Summer. It’s easy to “white out” with a pair of white skinny jeans or flares. Keep it casual with a pair of boyfriend jeans and flat sandals. Tuck it into culottes or high waisted pants for a completely different look!
Are you impressed with that wall mural done by Katie Murray? I drove past it one day and nearly wrecked my car trying to see it! Just kidding… and Little M wasn’t with me. But really, I did a u-turn and jumped out of my car to take a picture of it. And I’ve wanted to shoot some blog pictures with it since then. I LOVE that it’s in Fort Worth!
It’s a great reminder to KEEP DREAMING! I wouldn’t be doing all of these amazing things, like styling for a magazine, if it weren’t for the blog and my family encouraging me to continue with my passion! So keep dreaming and see where it gets you! {I know that sounds cheesy, but I’m such a romantic at heart and love stories with happy endings!}
Also, I’m going to be changing my posting days to Tuesday and Friday. I was trying to keep up with Monday, Wednesday, Friday but it has been too much with everything else going on! Usually, I schedule my posts at 6:00am. You may have noticed they were being posted at all different times… because I couldn’t keep up!
Can’t wait for you to see this top again on Friday with my favorite gals. ;)
