In case you didn’t know, I-LOVE-JUMPSUITS! It’s not a like, it’s a LOVE maybe borderline obsession. It’s the pants version of a dress, and they instantly make any person look cool and chic! It’s like they are magic! LOL!
Okay, I’m being a bit dramatic there, but they are so easy – a one and done type of thing! Like dresses, jumpsuit look like you made a max effort but require minimal effort. That’s my kind of thing!
P.S. Even my little ones like jumpsuits because they BELIEVE jumpsuits make you jump higher! Aren’t the minds of children so amazing?!
I happened to be with Cathy and Heather, my shopping blogger besties, at Alice & Olivia when this jumpsuit decided to hop into the dressing room with me, look fabulous, and MADE ME bust out my wallet to get it. Boy, what an aggressive jumpsuit!
THE STYLE Rx (aka Lazy Girl Glam tip):
Find a good foundation (like jeans and a tee or a white blouse and slacks) and you’ll be able to throw any jacket over for an easy but chic outfit.
In all honesty, I had passed on purchasing a similar denim jumpsuit last year and totally regretted it! So when this dark denim jumpsuit was available on discount, I jumped at the chance to get it. This particular jumpsuit is a splurge, but I’ve linked some other jumpsuits in different price ranges below.

JUMPSUIT ALONE
I was headed out of town and decided this was an easy travel outfit but forgot to take into account the whole bathroom thing! LOL! It still worked out okay.
JUMPSUIT + JACKET
This is my usual modus operandi when wearing a jumpsuit (as seen in the above pictures). I usually throw a jacket/ blazer over it which elevates the look easily. During colder months, it’s some kind of fur or fuzzy jacket!
I wore this outfit to a Neiman Marcus Spring Fashion Show event!! I love wearing all white (all I mentioned in this post)! It’s so easy but chic!
JUMPSUIT + TOP
This is an easy way to transition Summer and Spring Jumpsuits or make them more modest. I ADORE this striped jumpsuit and wanted to wear it to church so I threw it on over a ruffled sleeve top and VOILA! It’s was church appropriate.
BTW, I’m smiling so big because my Little M took the picture!
Happy Monday Friends! We enjoyed a really fun weekend at Rough Creek Lodge even though it was cold and rainy. Lots of FIRSTS this weekend! Little M tried fishing for the first time ever and loved it. He made lots of new friends! Baby M slept on the bottom bunk (surrounded by one million pillows) and didn’t fall out! She got her nails painted at the Kids’ Ranch when we were at dinner! What a great weekend!
