If you weren’t aware, I have a huge LOVE and AFFINITY for vintage clothing. Have you seen my ‘From Grandma with Love’ series?! As I was packing for Alt Summit at Palm Springs earlier this year in January, this vintage embroidered bell sleeve pink maxi dress was OBVIOUSLY in the bag! It was a find from ReVint Boutique and reminds me of the ROKSANDA eden dress – so bright and voluminous!

What I love about vintage pieces is their uniqueness. Take this fun and funky pink bell sleeve maxi dress for example. The bright embroidery on the sleeves and skirt hem make it so cheerful! The bell sleeves are perfect Summer statement sleeves. I’d guess it’s from the 60s. That being said, it’s now back “in style”! Fashion cycles and you can usually find something vintage that coincides with the current trends, AND you are being eco-friendly if you shop vintage!
Statement sleeves and embroidery are definitely on trend for the season, and I love that this vintage dress has both! The drop earrings and rainbow clutch were a gleeful match to all of the colors in the dress. I couldn’t help but smile the whole time I was wearing that outfit!
THE STYLE Rx: Put on your happy face with a statement sleeve or embroidered dress! Bonus if it has both! :) You’ll be set for Summer!
One of my favorite embroidered dresses is from last year as seen in this post! Have you tried the statement sleeve dress or embroidered dress? Which one is your favorite?
Guess what! I’m restarting From Grandma from Love next week! It will be every other Wednesday! :) I’m so excited to get that series going again.
Happy Wednesday Y’all! I apologize for the inconsistency of blog posting lately. My work schedule has changed, and poor Baby Girl has another ear infection. My time has been spent catching up in between everything else. I’m determined to get back on a schedule! If you have any advice, then please let me know!

BTW, Shopbop is having their Sale on Sale for the next 3 days! So you can get up to 70% off using code SCORE17! Now is the time to pounce on those designer items you’ve been stalking. There are no exclusions and no minimum to take advantage of this!
These pink tassel Loeffler Randell sandals are now less than $150 (originally $400)! They also come in a nude color! The Kate Spade tassel earrings that I wore in this post are less than $50! These Rebecca Minkoff square tassel scarves will be $30 after the discount! A fantastic deal is waiting to be scored at the Shopbop sale. I’m having SO MUCH TROUBLE resisting, but I’m trying to save for a Gucci bag! Let me know what you get!
I am hoping there’s another big shopbop sale soon when I’m not doing my 6 months without shopping and can actually indulge, haha! :)
This is a beautiful dress on you Sam – as you said it’s so relevant right you you wouldn’t know it was vintage! I really like the bright colour and the rainbow clutch is perfect with it :)
My only tip with two kids is to schedule content in advance when you can – although in saying that nap times have been so bad recently I have no posts scheduled instead of my usual week’s worth – time flies, especially when they are unwell, and it’s so easy to fall behind in everything else!
