Okay, y’all are about to thank me for letting you know about this F A B U L O U S  body oil that I’ve been using.  This is my first encounter with a body oil, and I’m loving it!  {I use face oils like nobody’s business but never ventured into body oils.}  My natural beauty blogger friend, Kimberly, sent me a bottle of her limited edition Jasmine Duo body oil that she co-created with Rachel’s Plan Bee.   She came up with “an idea” late one night in 2014 and sent an email to Rachel.  Fast forward through nine months of collaborating, creating, and testing and you have this gorgeous body oil.  WOW!  This wondrous oil was created by a friend AND produced by a gal in Texas!!  Could it be any better?!?!

Personally, I think of it as PARADISE FOR YOUR SKIN in a bottle!

I wish blog posts were “scratch and sniff” so you could understand just how lovely the scent of the oil is on your body.  I’m constantly smelling my skin when I use it because I LOVE the smell so much!  It’s a mix of jasmine, vanilla, and moroccan rose.  I actually bought 2 bottles already – a present for my mom and birthday present for a girlfriend.

After using it for at least 2 weeks, my skin is drinking it up, beautifully moisturized, and I haven’t broken out.  {My skin is super sensitive, so I like to do at least 2 weeks before deciding if something works or doesn’t!}  BTW, you can also add it to bath water, as a massage oil, or as a “shaving cream”.  I’ve also put in in my hair as an “anti-frizz” serum because I love the smell so much!

Another plus plus about this body oil are the ingredients!  It’s nice to know that something is good and safe when you’re putting it on the largest organ system of your body.  {Sorry, medical thinking coming out here!}

THE BEAUTY Rx:  You NEED a bottle of kimberlyloc x Rachel’s Plan Bee body oil!  Apply the oil after bathing/showering to DAMP skin to seal in moisture.  It seems counter-intuitive because oil and water don’t mix, but the water helps disperse it on your skin.  Be prepared to smell like Heaven for the rest of the day! ;)
