Hey Friends! Who doesn’t LOVE wearing their pajamas?! Personally, I am a HUGE fan of them. Now, it’s on trend to wear them out of the bedroom, and I couldn’t be happier!! I found this Asian inspired pajama set at Target! What a surprise, right?! Honestly, I couldn’t resist it since it reminded me of a jacket I wore when I was younger.

What I love most about pajama dressing is the how it’s so effortless but can look so elegant. When you want to talk about getting dressed quickly, this takes the cake! There’s no matching required. All you have to do is throw on some shoes. Add some accessories for good measure and you are done!
THE STYLE Rx: Look good AND feel good when you wear this season’s pajama trend. Take your boudoir to the office with the addition of some accessories and heels.
I chose the track pants and quilted kimono jacket from this particular Who What Wear Collection. There are a blouse and dress with the same beautiful print. It was easy to wear it with a pink lace camisole, statement earrings, and heels for a sophisticated look. Sneakers would be an AWESOME option for a sporty chic look. (In fact, I changed into sneakers after the shoot to pick up the kids.)
The great thing is it’s like a suit, and you can break up the pieces to get more wear with the individual pieces. Here’s an example of how I wore a pair of cactus pajama pants last Summer – with a simple tank, statement earrings, and chunky heels.
Happy Monday Friends. We went to my friend’s funeral yesterday in Temple, TX. Her memorial service was beautiful and really was a celebration of her life. I was part of her work family, and it was so nice to meet her actual family. I had only met two of her four sisters. She was cremated, and we were all asked to take some of her ashes with us and spread her “throughout the universe”. What a beautiful things. It really was a reminder that life is so precious and very short. We should really take advantage and tell our loved ones how much we care for them. <3
