WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR MOTHER’S DAY?

Happy Weekend GlamFam! I always LOVE the weekend! Little M is doing his reconciliation today in preparation for his first Communion coming up in June. I’m a little under the weather so just taking it easy right now, but I always enjoy time with my family.

Since the last post, I went to a personal development conference in Austin called GrowthDay. It was a 3.5 day conference, and I got SO MUCH out of it – planning on doing a recap on the blog. Brendon Burchard is the founder of the personal development app, and I use it EVERY DAY. He gives a “daily fire” that expires after 24 hours. I listen to the Daily Fire while I am getting dressed/putting on makeup. He usually covers a topic on personal development that seems to be EXACTLY what I am struggling with that day like motivation or self-discipline! Anyhow, I think it is a GREAT tool to better myself, and wanted to share about the app. If you are curious, here is a link for a free 14-day trial! One of the many things that helped me was the High Performance Habit Builder under the “courses” tab. Every Wednesday, they have speakers who teach frameworks about topics like management, relationships, productivity, parenting, and so much more! Seriously, I am ALL IN about personal development and currently working with a High-Performance coach who has helped me in ALL aspects of my life!
