Happy Monday Loves!!  Hope you had the most fabulous weekend!  We did a lot of catch up in the sleep department.  Hallelujah!!  I’ve been working out with a friend for about a month and a half, and somehow (not surprising) I injured myself.  Such a bummer!  Possibly, I pulled a pectoral muscle from too many burpees, or pull ups, or push ups, or maybe Little M stepping on me?!?!  I keep telling her that she is working out with a geriatric (since she is younger than me)!  I’ve been taking it easy, but it’s frustrating when you feel like you are making progress and then have to stop or go backwards.  Womp Womp!  Enough of my rambling, now back to fun fashion things…

I feel like a modern day Alice in Wonderland wearing this insanely gorgeous striped crop top and midi skirt from ShopSeptember!  Isn’t the back of the top just darling?  Matched sets are FAN.TAS.TIC when you don’t have time to think about what to wear, but you want to look polished.  Throw on accessories and shoes and you’re ready to go!

BTW, I’m wearing those nippies again!  They have been so fantastic this summer because I never have to worry about a bra strap showing (and they stay on)!

I wore the skirt to work with a white button up shirt and nude d’orsay flats!  It was very retro modern, but perfect for work.  The crop top would be cute with high waisted white flare jeans or even skinny jeans +/- a blazer to dress things up.  That’s the thing about coordinating pieces… you get multiple uses because you can wear them together or separately!

The Style Rx:  Matched sets are a must-have in your wardrobe.  Go with a pattern and color that you love, and I promise you’ll get tons of wear!  Remember, wear them together or separately.
