Happy Tuesday Friends! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. We had SO MUCH FUN with our friends in town. My goddaughter was visiting from Colorado to compete in the T&T Gymnastics Championship! Her mom and I have been friends since middle school. It was so nice to catch up, hang out, eat A LOT, and watch her daughter do fabulous tumbling and trampoline routines at the tournament. Little M was absolutely amazed by her!
I called this post him versus her because Mr. S is very opinionated. He challenged me to ask Y’ALL which outfit was better – his version or my version!
Can you tell that I’m obsessed with white lately?! This fringe sweater arrived using my gift card from the Darling Dinner event. I tried on the first look, with the fringe skirt, for an Indulge Magazine event. He told me that I looked like I’d been through a paper shredder! Ha! He always makes me laugh!I told him that the fringe on the sweater and the skirt and tassels earrings went together.
He said that it was too much, so I changed into the pants. He liked it better. I did like it too. It’s definitely more practical, but I wanted a little more oomph.
THE STYLE Rx: Find a fringe-worthy piece for the season, like this fringe sweater. It ups the fun factor for a normal piece of clothing or accessory. You’ve seen two ways that I’ve worn it (above). I also wore it with skinny jeans and fringe sandals for running around with Little M. Another piece of advice: Listen to your significant other… sometimes! ;)
Although I’m considered the “fashionista” in the family, I do always value Mr. S’s input. He has steered me wrong a few times, but is usually right!
So, I wore the fringe sweater and skirt the next day! What do you think? Did I make the right choice (not his)?
Thanks for stopping by today!

If I were to wear this I would go with the pants look, but I love the skirt on you too! I’m just not as brave with my mixing choices, haha.

I think you look great in both outfits Sam! I saw that second pic on Instagram with the fringe all flying in the breeze as you twirl – such a great pic and shows off the cool pieces so well! :)

Sometimes the MIL doesn’t take sides.
LOL!! Good idea Mommo but I value your opinion either way!
