It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE. This month, we bring you the BLANKET SCARF!!
For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds… a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I’m working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!

The 50-something // Cathy of The Middle Page
I cannot believe how quickly this month has flown by. We are almost into March! Eeek! I still have lots more to do as far as organizing the house and adoption papers go. I’m trying not to get frustrated with myself, but I wish I could freeze time or there were thirty-six hours in a day.
Anyhow, I digress. We were super excited to share our look with blanket scarves. It was pretty chilly when we shot these photos, and I was so thankful to be wearing a blanket scarf. They keep you looking fab AND warm in the cold. P.S. These scarves are $30! You’re welcome!
Cathy was wearing one of my favorite combinations of creams and browns. Winter neutrals are always a good idea! Heather threw her scarf over a leather jacket and wore it with over-the-knee boots. Apparently, we had the same idea because I wore a black leather jacket but had booties instead. Ashley kept it cool with neutrals and a pop of color.
THE STYLE Rx: Trade in your regular scarf for a blanket scarf. They add volume and texture (in a good way) to your winter outfit while keeping you warm. As the temps rise throughout the day, take it off and toss it in your bag! The easiest way to wear a square-shaped scarf is folded into a triangle as a cowboy scarf with the sides draping down (like Cathy and Heather) or tucked under (like Ashley). My scarf was oblong so I threw it around my neck and tucked a side under.
Do you wear blanket scarves? How do YOU wear them? Isn’t it fun how all of our scarves wore a little differently?

Thanks Katie! I do think highly of these gals!
And isn’t that 2 tone print so fun?!
Love how your scarf is double sided for a bit of print mixing, and of course the plaid looks great with the leather and denim :)
I’m missing my cosy scarves and scarf wearing weather, haha! I can’t wait for it to cool down a little more.
