It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE. This week, we’re styling the STRIPED TOP!
For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds… a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I’m working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!

Happy National Stripes Day! Stripes are big for this Spring season, and I was excited to style this bell sleeve striped top! When you see how it looks on the model, it’s a little a lot risque! WHOA! She is wearing it oversized for a low cut and sexy look. However, I knew this would be super cute with a tank underneath, and I ordered in size small. And it is SO COMFY! There’s just one caveat! It’s a little tricky to put on! I took it off before our photo shoot to change a poopy diaper – didn’t need any poopy bell sleeves for the shot! LOL! And then it was at least a one-minute ordeal to straighten it and get it back on. Heather and Cathy stepped into their tops! Just an FYI!
Aren’t the group shots hilarious?! Mary showed us a viral YouTube video with a very surprising ending (X-rated)! That’s why you see our reactions! Anyhow, the gals looked fabulous in stripes.
Natalie has a super edgy vibe going on with her bandeau top and leather skirt. I LOVE how she wore her hair up! I chose to wear my top with flare jeans (what a surprise right?!) and a lace cami. The lace cami is my new best friend because it wears so well with everything. Heather always has the best jeans, and she wore distressed denim and platform sandals with the top. Cathy looks super fresh in her skinny jeans and low slides!
THE STYLE Rx: Stripes are the new black. Just kidding! But stripes are definitely trending for Spring. It’s definitely a wearable trend and can make you look long and lean if they are going vertical!
Happy Friday Friends!! Hope everyone’s week has been well. We are headed back to the doctor today for Little M. He was complaining of ear and throat pain and woke up in the middle of the night saying his whole body hurt! Mr. S says that the doctor’s office should have a plaque for us as frequently as we are there! But I think it’s probably the same for all little one! I’m excited about a special project that I’m working on this weekend! What are you up to?

I know I say this all the time, but I love this series. It’s such a great perspective to see the same thing on different women!!
I’ve been wearing my flares more lately—and they are fun!!

Love this series! The top looks so flattering on all of you! Omg bell sleeves are the loveliest, most impractical fashion trend right now! They always get in my way – but I love them too much to stop buying.

Aww no so hard now your son is sick after your daughter being unwell too! I hope it’s a quick fix at the doctors! You’re right too, once you have kids you spend a lot of time in a doctor’s office, they almost always get something, especially in the colder months.
That is a very fun top with the statement sleeves, perfectly paired with the flared jeans Sam! :)
Hope you are having a good weekend and the kids are better and you’re getting to work on your special project.
