It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE. This week, we’re styling a gorgeous blush draped jacket and comfy heels that are perfect for Spring!
For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds… a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I’m working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!

Hello Glam Fam! I love a good draped jacket, and this blush color is so perfect for Spring! Plus, I’m always partial to pink (just in case you didn’t know)!
This pink waterfall jacket is so lovely Y’all. It looks and feels like suede so it hangs beautifully, but the price is $68. Since it’s light weight, it’s a great transition piece for Spring.
I wore the jacket over a basic foundation – a lace cami and Levi’s cropped jeans that I wear all the time. These Levi’s have some stretch to them (vs my other rigid denim Levi’s) so they are so comfy. I wear them dressed up with heels and for hanging with the kids in sneakers. Plus, I love the truly cropped hem (which are usually normal length for me) to show off any kind of shoes.
THE STYLE Rx (aka Lazy Girl Glam tip):
Find a good foundation (like jeans and a tee or a white blouse and slacks) and you’ll be able to throw any jacket over for an easy but chic outfit.
BTW, we shared our Naturalizer shoes on Instagram earlier this month. I ADORE my Evie heels because they are super comfortable and the bone color goes with everything! I’ve worn them to work and running errands. You can shop them at DSW shoes for $60. If you want comfy AND stylish, then this is your heel! :)
Don’t the gals look Spring Ready?
It’s so funny how we all wore jeans. We never talk about what we’re wearing beforehand so it’s a surprise when we meet! Cathy looks great in a tee and straight leg jeans. Her zebra belt gives such a fun pop! Heather has on a gorgeous satin cami and I am OBSESSED with her rhinestone belt. I usually want everything she is wearing! LOL! I decided to be basic with my lace cami and cropped jeans. Natalie looks so chic in her lace cami and white jeans!
Happy Friday Y’all! Today is a day of appointments. My repeat mammogram and dental appointment that had to be rescheduled when my youngest was sick are happening today! I’m going to the dentist to be evaluated for sleep apnea. Apparently, they have an at-home sleep study test and can fit a mouthpiece depending on the severity of the apnea. I made an appointment with my primary doctor so I could get a referral to a pulmonologist for a sleep study but it is so far out!
Anyhow, I’ll be happy to get the weekend started after my appointments. Mr. S and Little M are supposed to go camping, but I don’t the weather is going to work for them. Baby M and I are going to have a Girls Weekend, and I am going to take her to the park and maybe shopping. We’ve actually never been shopping together yet, so this would be a first. I plan on wearing matching For Love and Lemons Mommy and Me outfits to the store!
What are you up to this weekend?

Such a cute jacket and so perfect for spring! It reminds me I have a blush blazer I need to pull out and give it another wear, before winter weather arrives in Brisbane!
