KNIT DRESSES FOR SUMMER
Hello GlamFam! Knitwear is quickly becoming one of summer’s most sought-after trends of the season. We’re seeing knit pieces in a wide variety of styles, including dresses, skirts, tops, and sets to name a few. So why do we love knitwear so much? It’s perfect for packing thanks to their wrinkle-free material, lightweight for the warmer days, and easy to mix and match. That being said, Chic At Every Age is back and this time we’re featuring our favorite knit dresses styled 4 different ways! Keep scrolling to see ideas on how to wear a knit dress.
The rust-colored knit dress we’re wearing is one of my favorite dresses in my summer wardrobe to date! It also comes in a gorgeous olive green color and black if you are looking for another shade. Wearing a chic dress in the summer is a sure-fire way to elevate your style while feeling cool in the summer heat. Not only is this dress perfect for summer, it would also be amazing to wear in the fall and winter with a third layer like a leather moto jacket.
I paired my dress with a cream leather clutch, cream braided sandal heels, square sunglasses, and layered gold necklaces to show off my neckline.
THE STYLE Rx: A knit dress is an easy one and done for Summer. Just add amazing accessories and you are ready to go!
Let’s chat about the outfits! I really love how Natalie kept her look minimal and simple with a woven summer clutch and neutral strappy sandals. Heather showcased lots of mixed neutrals to create a chic look with her dress… I think the straw hat really completes her outfit! And lastly, I love how Cathy added a leopard print summer kimono as her main accessory to this outfit. The rust and leopard pattern look great with her hair!

Happy Tuesday GlamFam!! HOW WAS YOUR HOLIDAY WEEKEND? We ended up doing a last minute holiday trip to Broken Bow, OK with our neighbors. It was so much fun and a great change of scenery! The kids had so much fun playing at the cabin which was a like an all-inclusive resort for them – playground, shuffleboard, arcade games, and a hot tub. Plus, the big kids (aka Dads) got to play with fireworks. It was great!!
