Hello GlamFam!

Do you remember that time I shared that a brooch can be worn in the hair, but I said the reverse wasn’t true? I boldly stated, “You can’t wear a hair clip as a brooch!” Well, apparently, I’m WRONG!! I recently saw evidence of that, and today I will show you how to wear a hair clip as a brooch on a scarf. WHAT?

I had to try it out for myself. Can you guess what happened? This trick actually worked! I was so surprised and delighted. How did I never think of this myself with my friends calling me the “Accessory Advisor? LOL!

HOW TO WEAR A HAIR CLIP AS A BROOCH

Here are the details on how to wear a hair clip as a brooch.

  1. You have to use items with a big knit/weave so that the hair clip or barrette can go through without poking a hole in the material.
  2. Open the hair clip
  3. Use the bottom portion to pin through both pieces of material
  4. Close/ fasten the hair clip.
  5. Voila!
