Happy Monday! Hope y’all had a beautiful weekend. We were in Vegas for Mr. S’s work conference. The 2 hour time difference was KILLER for Little M (and as a result us… hello 4:30am wake up calls). We got to have TWO date nights because my mother came with us. That’s probably equivalent to how many date nights we’ve have in a year!! Thanks Mom!
Anyhow, I’ve been enjoying the finally GORGEOUS weather in Texas. Hooray for Spring! It’s been the perfect weather to throw on a dress and go. Speaking of fun in the sun, the dress and button necklace is from the CAbi ‘In the Sun’ collection. The dress is super comfy, but I suggest wearing it belted. It has a relaxed fit in the middle and tends to hug the hip. {You can see what I mean in the last pic.} You know how I am about convertible pieces, right?! The necklace can be worn THREE ways – a long necklace, short necklace {as shown}, and bracelet.
The Style Rx: A nautical striped dress pairs perfectly with a white denim jacket and bright accessories! Go with flat thong sandals for a casual look or dress it up with neon heels.
Just a little side note. I love it when companies ‘give back’ so I’m going to start highlighting those brands.

That is such a cute striped dress, and it looks wonderful belted with the little bit of print mixing with the leopard!
It’s a shame baby M wasn’t so adaptable with the time difference, but it’s wonderful you got to enjoy some time with hubby even if you did have very early wake up calls, haha!
