It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE. This month, we bring you the LEATHER JACKET!!
For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds… a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I’m working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!
The 20-something // Ashley of SideSmile Style
The 30-something // ME!
The 40-something // Heather of Style by Fluent
The 50-something // Cathy of The Middle Page
This look is one of my faves… likely because this IS my uniform when hanging with Little M. Isn’t it fun how we’re all wearing jeans but look so different! Ashley defines cute simplicity with the graphic tee, skinnies, and heels. My tie dye denim and fringe boots {love these too} are a repeat offenders, and I’m sure someone has spotted me in this EXACT outfit multiple times. Heather’s blue leather jacket is TDF!! LOVE the color! And Cathy impeccably nailed the look with the knee high boots and distressed denim.
The Style Rx: A leather jacket is a must-have in your wardrobe. Wear over jeans and a tee with heels for that edgy chic look. Top off a Spring dress for a great transitional look! More on that coming later…
So which look speaks to you the most?! Are you an Ashley, Sam, Heather, or Cathy?! A lot of my friends LOVE Cathy’s looks!

You all look so good!! I should wear my leather jacket this week, ha ha. But not today since it’s rainy…

Darn! Don’t you hate when the weather changes what you WANT to wear!
And totally do the same with shopping in the boys/men’s dept. You can find some cute things!
Love that leather jacket on you Sam, so nice with the way that it drapes! I’m looking forward to wearing my leather jackets this winter when it cools down enough. I was so hesitant to wear them last year with a tiny newborn baby – you’d know when they get bigger it gets easier as messes are a little more predictable. :)
All the ladies look great in the leather and denim combo, yourself included!

I know what you mean about baby and leather! This jacket is more textured so it wipes easily (especially with baby wipes). I did get a leather sweatshirt at the end of season sales, and Little M got yogurt on it. It was a smooth leather, so it shows where I wiped it. Lesson learned… the hard way!
But at least, it is nice to know that things get easier as they get older (and funner too)! I’m able to wear earrings AND necklaces now with Little M. I have worn SO many bracelets or rings yet.
BTW, Little T is such a cutie {from what I can see in the pics}!
Oh no! What a shame about your sweatshirt!
It does amaze me just how much can be cleaned with baby wipes though, haha! Definitely an essential for life with baby! :)
I try not to share too much of baby T, but he is soo cute it’s hard not to share some now and then, haha! :)
