It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE.  This month, we bring you the ankle skinny jeans from DL1961!!

For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds… a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I’m working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!

We’re teaming up with DL1961 to show y’all how to wear their newest ankle skinny jeans, the Margaux.  Don’t you love it already?!  I’m such a francophile! LOL!  When we were asked to choose, somehow we all gravitated to that pair.  P.S. They are Instasculpt which means they “microsculpt” your legs, butt, and midsection.  I’m all for my jeans sculpting body parts… especially when you get to a certain age!  Ha!  Cathy and I loved the Cole wash (more of a taupe grey).  Ashley and Heather fell for the gentle distressing on the Breeze wash.  BTW, Ashley got a bug after all of her amazing travels for NYFW and LFW, so we missed her during this shoot!  :(

Isn’t it funny how differently we styled our jeans?!?!  I always LOVE seeing what the other gals are going to wear!  Cathy looked so chic in her black hat and over-the-knee boots.  She has the BEST LEGS for that!!  Heather looked glam as usual in that completely amazing fur jacket and fringe boots.  {BTW, I’m obsessed with both! Got the boots and waiting for that jacket to go on sale!}  I went for a monochromatic look with a poncho and and grey fedora.  Any excuse to wear a hat!!

THE STYLE RX:  A great pair of ankle skinny jeans are perfect for tucking into boots (or cuffing above ankle boots) for the colder months!  When it heats up, you’ll be able to wear them with your sandals and wedges!  Hooray for year round capsule pieces!
