One of my favorite color combinations is black and blue. It’s a bit unexpected (probably because the first thing that comes to mind is a bruise) but is quite lovely!! The black dress was a great find at Target for $5 on the sale rack – it has a great classic shape. And I found the blue belt and shoes at Anthopologie on sale. The shoes are by Leifsdotter, which surprised me because I thought that they only made clothing! Here’s my take on black and blue for work! {Part of my Workin Gal series}

Don’t look too closely because the blues don’t actually match. But from far away, it’s looks similar! To spruce up my black bag, I added the animal print scarf! I did it with a different scarf here!
These shoes are easy to walk in because of the thicker, chunkier heels! Perfect for work!
