Happy Wednesday Y’all! It’s T minus 1 until Thanksgiving! Do you know what you’re wearing?! No worries if you don’t because I’m sharing some past outfits that are easy to re-create and would be fantastic for a festive gathering! I’ve got you covered from Friendsgiving to a fancy feast to farm-to-table!

THE STYLE Rx: Think in terms of THREE! You’ll notice in almost all of the outfits is that there are three main pieces to make the outfit elevated. For example, throw on a tee and jeans. Add a third piece like a moto jacket and VOILA! You’re magnifique!

We are headed to one of my BFFs family farm in Brenham for Thanksgiving, and we are PUMPED! I’m contemplating wearing cowboy boots and a sweater dress or one of the outfits below. Let me know what you think!

If you are more interested in the sales, then scroll past the outfits for those details! :)

Now here we go!

P.S. I’ll come back and link all the outfits but I’m short on time this morning!

THROW A BLAZER ON IT

My go-to uniform is a jacket and blazer so it’s no surprise that this would be outfit number one! A basic black blazer is always your friend and looks polished over a turtleneck sweater and jeans. P.S. Mixing black and brown is not a fashion faux pas and looks great together!

CHECK PLEASE

Nothing says festive like a good dose of buffalo check, and it’s even better on a puffer vest! Throw on a vest over a double denim outfit and call it a day! Add some over the knee boots and you’re set for an al fresco meal.

PONCHO IT UP

This is seriously one of my favorite outfits and the majority of it was from Target! LOL! A poncho, ruana, or oversized scarf can create major drama so easily by belting it to define your waist. Throw it on over a neutral sweater, skinny jeans, and brown booties for a dressy casual but warm look. Bonus points if you can add a hat in the mix.

SHADES OF GREY

Monochromatic (shades of the same color) always pair well together. Go for shades of grey as an alternative to Winter White. The trick here are the layers. I have three main pieces – the sweater, the jacket, and the jeans. Think of it as a triple threat to look fab!

DRESS AND BOOTS

Another easy go-to outfit is a dress paired with knee-high boots. Again, notice the three pieces – oversized cardigan, shift type dress, and boots. The fuller top half is balanced out by the silhouette of the boots. BONUS: A loose dress is a great way to camouflage a food belly!

ANIMAL PRINT FOR THE WIN

Animal print is very on trend this season. (It’s always on trend for me!) Pair an animal print top with basics like black pants and a black coat for a simple but sophisticated look. Here I pulled my hair back to keep the animal print top as the focus. This was an actual outfit that I wore for Thanksgiving so my ponytail looked chic while I was prepping and serving all the food!

GO FOR GLAM

When in doubt, go dressier than you think! It’s always better to be overdressed than underdressed! A mix of textures, like velvet and leather, turns a simple outfit into a luxe look! Here, I’ve paired a bodysuit with a midi skirt and top it off with a moto jacket. Adding sparkle, like the statement necklace and silver heels, give it a dose of fancy!

HELLO MOTO

Maxi dresses and moto jackets are two of my favorite things! Why not put them together?! It’s an easy way to winterize any maxi dress. In this outfit, I threw a faux fur scarf over the jacket to up the glam factor. If you’re not feeling the extra, then just skip that step!

CALLING ALL CORDUROY

Corduroy is a Fall favorite EVERY season! Pairing it with the most simple piece (like this sweatshirt dress) adds that touch of luxe for a fabulous Fall outfit. Here, the key was wearing that rich brown corduroy jacket with another beautiful neutral like grey. It would be gorgeous with other neutrals (like brown, cream, and black) or even animal print (leopard).

SCARVES ARE YOUR FRIEND

The French LOVE scarves and for good reason! They spice up any basic outfit! Again, think in threes. Here, I’m wearing a neutral top and jeans. Throw on the oversized scarf and BAM! I look dressy! QUICK HOW TO: This is an oversized square shawl. Fold it in half diagonally into a triangle. Roll it to the correct length and then wrap it around your neck. If you want a quick video, then let me know and I can do another fast Instagram tutorial!
