Today marks our nine year anniversary!! We had a relaxing getaway and nice celebration last weekend in Dallas. And thank you all for the sweet wishes last week!
Mr. S is my best friend. Like a fine wine, he keeps getting better with age! He is my rock and my soul. I love you Mr. S!
This is a picture of us on our wedding night. {Shhhh! I snuck in a picture of him!} Although it’s not the best picture of me, I love it. I laugh at myself because I’m holding a cracker! Mr. S constantly teases me because I’ve imperfected a lot of great pictures of us with a piece of food in my hand. I love my food and usually have a death grip on it!
NINE things I love about Mr. S:
- He is my total opposite! He loves climbing, and I’m afraid of heights! The list is long… It used to drive me crazy, but now I embrace it.
- We have known each other for over half of our lives, and we still learn new things about each other!
- He loves me for me.
- He is a neat freak which keeps me in check. When left to my own devices, the house looks like it’s been hit by a tornado!
- He is a LEFTie!
- He is a “talker” and social person. {Naturally, I tend to be more quiet and a homebody.}
- He tells me that he loves my cooking! {This is very sweet of him!}
- One day when we have children which will hopefully be soon, he will make a wonderful father!
- He is my best friend. I mentioned it before, but he listens to me and is supportive. I am a better person because of him.
