It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE. This week, we’re enjoying a Pamper Party with all the perks and bonuses of shopping as an InCircle member, a program for Neiman Marcus credit card holders!

PAMPER PARTY
As the gals were enjoying their spa time, I had my hair done with the Dyson Airwrap. What an amazing piece of technology for your hair. Basically, you can dry and curl damp hair at the same time and it looks FABULOUS! There are 7 different attachments – blow dryer, 3 different brushes, and 3 different barrels. This would definitely be considered an investment piece for your HAIR, but WOW did it make my hair beautiful!!!
Since I still had time, I went over to check out the evolis Profesional Hair Care system. They are an Australian based company that is using a Japanese technology based on blocking a protein called FGF5 to restore hair growth. Say that ten times fast! Michelle, the rep, analyzes your scalp (it’s a little weird/interesting to see) with a magnifying device to help you find the correct system for your needs – growth, length, or scalp treatment.
Mr. S banned me from buying any more shampoos (bless our cluttered shower mess!) but I did get him the PREVENT scalp treatment because he has been dealing with flakiness and irritation.
Then I was able to enjoy my mini-facial before getting a makeover done. I was booked with Ciara in trending beauty, and she used some of my favorite brands like the Aether Beauty eyeshadow palette. Y’all know I use clean beauty, but I tried some of her other picks that day. She used a Georgio Armani foundation which had great coverage, and I got multiple compliments at lunch. I was also impressed with the le volume ultra-noir de chanel mascara. Before switching to clean beauty, I used their mascara so it’s no surprise that I loved it!
Of course, one of my favorite parts of the day was lunch at NM Cafe. The food and service is always EXCELLENT. I can NOT get enough of the popovers and strawberry butter. They even had a wonderful mocktail, lavender orange juice, and then I enjoyed the Green Gratitude Bowl. SO GOOD!
After lunch, I went to get illustrated by KCA Designs. Kris is so talented and whipped it up in no seconds flat! Her job is so cool, and she is known for her original illustrations and designs on handbags. When Baby M gets older, I would love to treat her to a personalized bag!
INCIRCLE CARD
All of the fun things were possible because of the Neiman Marcus InCircle program. Basically, when you SHOP MORE, then you EARN MORE! You can earn perk cards which cover services like alterations, parking, etc. and you can earn bonuses like point cards to shop clothing/shoes/handbags or spend at the cafe.
I’m not EVEN joking when I tell you that I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the benefits of the Neiman Marcus InCircle program. In fact, I enjoyed it SO MUCH that Mr. S asked me to close it! LOL!
Anyhow, I’m a HUGE fan of the Neiman Marcus credit card! If you shop at Neiman Marcus, then it’s a no brainer that you should get one.
True Story: I used to be very intimidated of going into Neiman Marcus because it was the fanciest store that I knew, but I wanted to try some department store beauty items. When I went in, they were THE NICEST people and treated me so kind. Fast forward to years lately and recently when I went with Mr. S to the NM Cafe for lunch. He asked me “Why does everyone know your name?” LOL!! I literally LOVE this store!
WHAT WE WORE
It was SO FUN to decide on an outfit for the event. Y’all know I love dresses because they are one and done and look like a million bucks even when you’ve had minimal time. I decided on this floral IRO wrap dress which is perfect to wear now while it’s hot with strappy sandals and will transition well in the Fall/Winter with tights, boots, and a jacket. Y’all it has shoulder pads for that strong woman look! Just an FYI!
Additionally, I was SO HAPPY to find the Gucci Bee Belt still available at Neiman Marcus. The SA was so sweet and had the correct size shipped next day so that I could wear it for the event. They literally have the BEST customer service!
I love how we all wore something so different for our Fall Looks. Natalie went for a “working woman” look with plaid Veronica Beard pants and a sleeveless mock neck top. I love pink so it’s no surprise that my dress is pink and black. Heather looks stunning in her Alice and Olivia snake print suit! And Cathy anchored her chic outfit with an IRO leather jacket. I love these ladies so much!

Happy Friday Y’all! We survived the first week of school! HALLELUJAH!!! Little M did GREAT, and he is absolutely LOVING it! One of things he likes best is “getting to walk around the school ALL BY MYSELF” when he goes potty! And apparently, urinals are a mind-blowing thing for little boys! He thinks the bathroom are so very cool!
BTW, be on the lookout on SUNDAY for a very special announcement on Instagram and Facebook that is top secret until then!!! (Pssst, it has to do with SOMA!)
