It’s Not Easy Being Green

This summer, Fort Worth hosted their annual Historic Home Tour!  I have to tell you… the Historic Home Tour and Hidden Garden Tour are two events that I REALLY look forward to visiting every year.  It’s so inspirational to see how other people decorate their homes or style their gardens outdoor oasis.  Maybe it’s interesting to me because you get a glimpse of another person’s lifestyle!  However, I think that I may be one of the few in my age group that LOVES that kind of thing (from looking at the attendees of the event)!
Do you ever feel like a 65 year old stuck in a thirty something year old body?  No?  Maybe, it’s just me!
Here was my green outfit to keep cool during the event (my usual summer attire = dress):

dress :: Old Navy
purse :: Limited
flower flip flops :: $10 from El Salvador
cuff bracelet :: F21
earrings :: World Market
necklace :: gifted from Mom

I’m standing on my tippy toes to show you the cute flower flip flops from El Salvador.  They remind me of the Coach sandals from a couple of seasons ago.
