It’s that time again… CHIC AT EVERY AGE. This week, we’re showing y’all how to wear a puff sleeve top!
For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds… a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I’m working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!

Y’all know I’m CRAZY about this trend so I was 1000% on board when we decided to showcase this trend! With the puff sleeve trend, you can go all out or keep it subtle!
Even though I would TOTALLY wear the biggest puff sleeves in the world, most people are NOT like me! That’s what makes this puff sleeve sweater so fabulous. It’s subtle enough to wear without feeling like a Disney princess but still on trend. There, I said it! LOL! It’s is a lightweight sweater that is perfect for transitioning to Spring since it can be a little chilly in the mornings. Plus, it’s less than $100 and comes in four different beautiful neutral colors – oatmeal, grey, black, and burgundy. I would consider this a wardrobe staple and even bought a similar version in tan.
To balance out the puff sleeves, I wore it with faux leather paper bag pants. The amazing thing about paper bag pants is they give the illusion of a nipped-in waist. Um… who doesn’t need THAT?! I actually have a very straight figure but wear clothing that makes my waist look smaller! You just have to find the silhouette (tapered legs or flares) that work for you! I have a pair of linen paper bag pants that are cropped flares for Summer (seen in this post). As you can see with the gals, it looks great with a regular pair of jeans too!
To tie the whole neutral tan and brown look together, I wore leopard slides. Leopard is a neutral in my book!

Cathy kept it simple and chic with straight jeans and slides. I love her ultra-cool look. Heather’s layers are gorgeous with the cream knee high boots and oversized denim jacket. I love how you can take off the jacket as it gets warmer throughout the day. I kept within the tans/browns for a simple and neutral look. The faux leather paperbag pants lend to a trendy look. Natalie wore her top off the shoulder which is SO CUTE with the white jeans and snake print booties!
