Happy Tuesday Y’all! Hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween weekend (if you celebrated). That time change was brutal on Little M (or more like us)! We had to leave mass early on Sunday, and then he was “overtired” and didn’t take a nap. Perfect right?! Poor little guy… their little bodies just go go go!
Anyhow, if you haven’t figured it out, I’m a huge fan of coordinate sets (aka coords). They’re basically like a dress. No matching. Just add accessories and go. When I saw this set with the high neck and culottes, it was a no brainer. Totally going ga-ga over all of these 90s looks AND hoarding all culottes! Anyhow, it’s a brown/black knit which is perfect to wear with brown OR black OR both! I chose black suede platform heels and a black bag today. To brighten it up, I added this very gorgeous prism lapis necklace from Barse Jewelry. I love the pop of color and architectural detail it brings to the outfit. I’ve mentioned them a couple of times because they are DFW local and a favorite of mine.
THE STYLE Rx: Get ready quick and look chic with a coords set. Add a stunning necklace, bag, and shoes and you’re ready for work, play, or date! BTW, I did wear this exact outfit to work with different shoes.

Thanks Meg!! Oh you should definitely try one!! They are so easy peasy!! :)
That necklace pops brilliantly against the top – lovely outfit ‘backdrop’ to wear it against! :)
We are so luck we don’t have time changes here to mess up a toddler’s routine, I hear that they can be pains! Hopefully doesn’t take your son long to adjust!

Thanks Mica! I knew that necklace was “the one” for the coords. Even though I like simple and minimal sometimes, it’s hard to resist a good pop of color!
AND that’s no joke about the time change. He is still having a hard time! But it’s okay, I think we’ll be back on track soon!
Loving the statement necklace!
